She's an award-winning author, certified loss and empowerment coach, writing coach, energy healer, podcaster, and lifelong spiritual seeker. As co-founder of Castle Rock Clubhouse, a nonprofit supporting 12-step recovery, Amanda is passionate about sobriety, meditation, and meaningful connection. Through grief coaching, writing mentorship, and energy healing, she helps people move through life’s hardest transitions with clarity, expression, and holistic support.
Amanda's work centers emotional and spiritual recovery, guiding clients to release what weighs heavy, reclaim balance, and live more fully. As an author and podcaster, she shares stories and insights that inspire resilience, empowerment, and growth. Amanda holds degrees in English, journalism, and social work, but she believes life has been her greatest teacher.
